Howdy friends, Johnny K., The Record Ranger here!

I’m happy to bring y’all the first episode of Record Ranger Radio. This two hour program broadcasts every Tuesday at 7pm ET / 4pm PT exclusively on Electromagnetic Radio. While not everyone can tune in live every week, I’ve made it a point to archive each episode (warts and all) for your enjoyment. Please note: no editing to these recordings has taken place. I like to keep each episode feeling live and fresh.

The focus of RRR is to promote many of the recordings the Texas Jukebox Project collects, archives, and preserves. The TJP believes in preservation through promotion in order to keep many of these recordings from falling into farther obscurity. In addition to these rare and seldom-heard recordings, RRR also features many popular artists and recordings that have served as the inspiration behind my record wrangling and research; country, honky-tonk, blues, folk, and rock n’ roll music from Texas and beyond.
